1. The short version
We don't sell your data. We don't run advertising trackers. Your plan is stored in your own browser. Your idea is sent to our AI provider only to write your plan, with storage disabled.
2. What we collect
What you type: your idea, customer, founder type, and details you add — used only to write your plan.
Basic technical data: standard server logs (such as browser type and time of request) kept briefly for security and reliability.
3. Where it's stored
Your plan is saved in your browser's local storage on your device. We don't keep a copy on our servers today. Accounts and saved cloud plans, when introduced, will be opt-in and described here first.
4. AI processing
To write each step, your inputs are sent to an AI model through a secure gateway. Requests are made with storage disabled and are not used by Startup Flir to train models.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to processing. Because your plan lives in your browser, you can delete it at any time with New in the Studio or by clearing site data.
6. Children
Startup Flir is intended for people aged 16 and over.
7. Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and highlight the change on the site.
